The nanny's rate starts at €40 per hour for one child and increases by €5 per hour for each additional child. Nannies are paid directly by the client at the end of each shift.

For our services, a €70 daily agency fee applies for each scheduled day of childcare, along with a €150 initial booking fee per arrangement to cover the comprehensive administrative, vetting, and matching process.

Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the requested service date incur no charge. Cancellations between 7 and 13 days prior are charged at 50% of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior are non-refundable and charged at 100% of the total booking.

All bookings require a four-hour minimum per session. Hourly minimums cannot be divided across multiple shifts.

If client needs childcare services with less than 24 hours prior notice, an additional fee will be applied for last-minute care.

A 30% premium applies to the nanny rate and daily agency fee during the Festive Season (December 20 – January 5). Double rates apply on recognized public holidays and New Year's Eve.

Exact holiday pricing and recognized dates will be clearly outlined in our Service Agreement prior to booking.

Please note that a 4% processing fee will be applied to the total charges made to the agency to cover transactional costs.
